We are a donations-based account dedicated to helping US/PR MOAs by funding the purchase of Tomorrow X Together's digital singles/albums.

What are Digital Sales?

Digital sales are simply purchasing songs from an online music store, such as the TXT store, iTunes, and/or Amazon. Digital sales are very important as they contribute to TXT's performances on a variety of charts, including but not limited to: iTunes, Billboard 200 (BB200), and Billboard Hot 100 (BBH100).

** How to Request Funding**

During every promotional/comeback period, our admins will open a funding window. In order to receive funding, please fill out the funding request form on our request page with all your information. Once an admin confirms/verifies your account, we will reach out to you via DM & send funds to your requested account. Once you receive funds, you have 24 hours to submit purchase & download proof.Make sure to be following us & have our Twitter notifications on for those funding windows!

** Frequent Questions**

Q: I have submitted a funding form but have not heard back?
A: Please allow up to 24 hours for an admin to DM you. Admins are working based on their personal availability & although we try not to take more than a couple of hours to send out, we can't always guarantee it.Q: What are some of the qualifications to be able to receive funding? What do admins look for when verifying?
A: Our admins mostly look to see if you are a MOA, how recent your tweets are, and if you are following any TXT related accounts. If your account is private, we ask you to please unprivate your account while we verify. If we do not verify your account for any certain criteria, you will not receive funds or a DM from us.Q: Can you explain how you come up with chart goals?
A: @txtdigitals is solely a donations-based digitals account. Goals for charts and sales are discussed and agreed upon by the rest of our various fanbases. We do not focus on setting these goals and do not have control over the final decision. Our primary objective is to provide funds to US/PR MOAs and contribute to TXT's digital sales.Q: What if my country doesn't do Personal transactions on PayPal?
A: If your country is only allowed to send funds through PayPal using the Purchase option (goods & services) no worries! We still welcome those donations, however, please keep in mind that due to the fees, we may not get the total amount sent and it may take a couple of days/weeks for that money to be reflected in our account.Q: How often are the balances updated?
A: We try to update our balances often, especially when we are getting ready for a new comeback and during comeback. However, MOA is always welcome to tweet/DM us asking for an updated balance whenever they want/need it.Q: How often can I request funding?
A: MOA can request funding as often as they would like. We welcome MOA to request for every store and digital website that they can! However, due to Billboard rules, we are only able to fund a certain amount of times per week per account as a customer is only allowed to buy a certain amount at a time.
